Making Suggestions (2)

Exam stress is normal, but it can sometimes get out of control and make you unwell. What can you do, then, to reduce stress and study for succes ?
To begin with it's important to make a study timetable and stick to it . as a result you will feel more organised and confident that you have time to prepare well for you exame.
Another helpful suggestion is to study with a friend . Some people might find this useful as they can discuss any problems that come up.
All in all, I think exam stress can be a major problem. However, if you are organised and healthy and get help from others, exam stress will never be a problem for you again.
