Making Suggestions

Exam stress is normal, but it can sometimes get out of control and make you unwell. what can you do , then , to reduce stress and study for success ?
To begin with it's important to make a study timetable and stick to it . as a result you will feel more organised and confident that you have time to prepare well for you exame
1.Choose your friends carefully.       Results:You will feel more condfident in your actions 
2.Talk it through with someone you trust such as a friend teacher of parent.      Results: If your friends share your beliefs, you will reduce the amount of peer pressure you may experience .
3. Trust your own feeling and know your personal limits.      Results:They might be able to give you 
helpful advice, as they probably have experince with peer pressure to.
If you'll do as I have written, then you will succeed and all the problems will go away. Good luck.

A holiday yo remember

One weekend last summer I and my perents went on a recreation centre in the Russia, we went in August.
When we were settled, we went to the dining room for dinner. It was delicious. I met a boy, his name is Sergei, he raskazal me a lot about this base, we had a lot of play on the court, and ride a bike. My parents met with him and they became friends is now even more fun with a friend. When we went swimming started to rain, we had to leave. There was a lot of fun activities such as: race bikes , swimming , I participated in the swim , but lost :( I really liked was used a lot of interesting but it is a pity that he lost his parents also enjoyed it, I would have gone here more.
