Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about an "Xbox One S" order I placed trough your website www.microsoftstore.ru on 30th October. Unfortunately, I experienced a number of problemswith the product 

such as:

When I brought my "Xbox One S" he was all scratchedI .Button often staggered and bad worked. When I start to thrust his 

drive, he often does not read. It is often hot and buzzing. If you play more than 2 hours he shuts.

I would appreciate it if you could replace the "Xbox One S"
